Three primary suites feature king-size beds and private bathrooms. The fourth bedroom includes two full beds with a full bathroom nearby. A queen sleeper sofa is also available. Each bedroom includes a 32” Roku Smart TV, custom built-in closets, and a ceiling fan. 🛁 BATHROOMS Four full bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, spa-style shampoo, conditioner & body wash, and a hair dryer. Two bathrooms feature bathtubs, and with two hot water heaters, everyone can enjoy a warm shower. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes rinsing off after beach days easy. 🍴LIVING, KITCHEN & DINING The open-concept layout is perfect for gathering together. Relax with a movie on the 75” TV, play board games, or cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring two full-size refrigerators and a large pantry. Dining and island seating accommodates up to 12 guests. Small appliances include a dual Keurig, tea kettle, crockpot, air fryer, toaster, hand mixer, blender, and margarita/slush machine. 🏝️OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT Enjoy outdoor living on both levels. Please read through and ensure you agree to everything in the ***SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT and ADDENDUM A - RENTAL RULES*** in the House Rules section. This is important to keep you safe and informed. If these rules sound like they won't work - you have 24 hours to cancel penalty-free! Person booking should be at least 24 years old and have a government issued photo ID which will be verified on the booking platform. No events or parties. If you're planning a drunken bash, please choose a different location. We have some full-time resident neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00PM to 8:00AM. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Stolen/Missing or Damaged Property: If any of our property goes missing or is damaged, additional fees will be required to cover the missing or damaged property. Be sure to add your dogs to the reservation. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or in beds. If your dog is allowed to get on your bed and on your furniture at home, they probably won't be a good fit for our property. Dogs are also never to be left at the home unattended unless they are in a crate that you provide. Please clean up after yourselves! We take a lot of pride in having a nice home for our guests. Return any items that were used in the home and garage back to their original spot and in the same condition as they were found when you arrived. Please reach out to us if you have any questions. **Travel Insurance** We HIGHLY recommend that you purchase third-party travel insurance to cover a broad array of possible damages and losses. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations that are outside of our control. This includes weather related events. In the event of a mandatory evacuation we will issue a refund for unused days. **Parking** We have 4-6 parking spaces at our home depending on the size of the vehicle. If you are bringing a trailer with a UTV or golf cart, you should account for this in the space available. Please do not park on our neighbors property. **Plumbing** Our homes in Crystal Beach are on a fragile sewer system. Please dispose of food waste into the garbage and not down the drain. Also refrain from flushing anything down the toilet except for toilet paper.
